Tribhuvan was in a serious diabetic state
Tribhuvan was born in December 1956 in the village of Mahmoodpur Bareri, which is located in the Jaunpur district of eastern Uttar Pradesh, India. He is a farmer and has two daughters and one son with his wife.
Tribhuvan visited the JSM Health Clinic in 2009 with a very high sugar level. The physicians responded right away and monitored him for a few days.
He has been receiving care from the clinic ever since and has been educated about the causes of diabetes. He also was educated on how his own actions, specifically regarding diet and exercise, could help manage his health.
Your generous donation will provide Tribhuvan with much needed medications for a period of 12 months. He is appreciative and thankful to you, Mike, for your kindness!
