Priya will take full advantage of her opportunity
Priya is 18 years old and a senior at the JS Girls’ Intermediate College in the village of Shiwpur in eastern Uttar Pradesh, India. She is majoring in commerce.
Her father, Dinesh, comes from the nearby village of Belwa and has a very small business where he runs a medical store for local customers. Her mother helps her husband in the small business.
Priya lives with her parents, her grandmother Kamla, and brothers Pradum and Karan. She is working hard to succeed at school as well as in the upcoming yearly examinations. She eventually plans to be a chartered accountant.
