Poonam Devi can now concentrate on her studies
Thank you for providing medicines to Poonam Devi for an entire year.
Nineteen old Poonam Devi lives in the village of Sarawa, Bareri in Jaunpur District of eastern Uttar Pradesh in India. She is unmarried, and is still studying. Her father, Keshav Prashad, is a farmer.
Poonam Devi has contracted tuberculosis, and has been under treatment at the JSM Clinic since December 2011. With proper medication and counselling, the doctors are positive that she will be able to lead a normal life, and even get married and start a family.
Your generous donation will provide her with much needed medications for a period of 12 months. She is appreciative and thankful to you for that.
