Chandrabali Prajapati was born in December 1941 in the village of Gaura in the Jaunpur District of eastern Uttar Pradesh in India. He is a farmer, and has two daughters.
Chandrabali had such a high sugar-level that when he was first brought to the JSM Clinic, his treatment had to be monitored for a few days before he could be sent back home. He is now on daily insulin and has learned how to administer it himself. He has been under treatment at the Clinic since May 2007.
When asked about how is he doing, he folds both his hands in gratitude and tells that he has got a second life since he started receiving the treatment.
Your generous donation, Marty and Lorri, will provide him with much needed medications for a period of 12 months. He is appreciative and thankful to you for that.
