Golai Saroj was born in 1931 in the village Gagaura Jagarnathpur in the Jaunpur district of eastern Uttar Pradesh in India. He is unemployed. His wife Kunti Devi died a few years back. He has four children: Pyarelal, Gayadeen, Kishorilal and Kevala.
Golai has been suffering with chronic asthma for a long time. He got it from inhaling the smoke in his little house from the fire he lit from cow dung to keep himself and his family warm. He has been under treatment at JSM Medical Clinic since December 2007. The prescription medicines and inhalers have improved his health dramatically.
Your generous donation, Renee, will provide him with much needed medications for a period of 12 months. He is appreciative and thankful to you for that.
