Ranju, the future bank manager

Ranju
Dear Renee, Chris, and Rhea,

Meet Ranju.  She is a 17 year old 12th grader in the JS Girls’ Intermediate College in the village of Shiwpur in eastern Uttar Pradesh in India.  She is majoring in Commerce and wants to pursue a career in business.

Her father, Rajmani is a farmer and owns a very small farm.  He struggles to make his end meet since small farms are not profitable.  Her mother Kalawati is a housewife who toils with her husband in the farm.  They live in the village of Nandiyava Bareri in the Jaunpur District of eastern U.P.

She has five sisters: Usha, Pushpa, Soni, Rita and Manju.  She also has a brother named Anit.  Her grandparents Muneshar and Mata Devi also live in the same small farm house along with a small herd of livestock.

Her hobbies are to read books of spirituality and fiction.  She wants to go in the field of banking and hopes to become a Bank Manager someday.

Your donations, Rennee (5 months), Chris (5 months) and Rhea (2 months) will go towards funding her education for an entire year, and take her closer to achieving her dreams. Thank you.
